A leading Managed IT Services Provider is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Account Executive with a graduate-level background to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about IT business development and eager to advance their career-whether moving into account management or exploring IT technical sales.

About the Role

In this multifaceted position, you will be part of a supportive and experienced team, gaining comprehensive training as you learn to showcase our technology solutions to business customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders, coordinating with suppliers and partners, and resolving outstanding queries
  • Expanding our eCommerce presence to boost online sales
  • Managing inbound calls by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service
  • Conducting targeted outbound calls to generate sales leads and maintaining an up-to-date company database
  • Creating website content such as blogs and news articles, as well as managing our social media presence
  • Preparing proposals, updating our website, and assisting in the development of customer marketing materials

About you - what you will need to have:

  • Highly organized with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while engaging effectively with customers
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for customer interactions
  • Strong focus on both external and internal customer service
  • Confident negotiation skills and a robust sales mindset, coupled with a commitment to continuous self-development
  • Fluency in English
