WH Smith is one of the UK’s leading retailers, operating more than 1200 stores throughout the UK as well as having operations in Australia, South East Asia, India and the Middle East. When opening new outlets or adding staff to existing stores, they need a responsive and cost effective recruitment partner to advertise vacancies and screen responses. WH Smith asked Ortolan to assist more than 3 years ago.
